Dr. Chen Liu is the MBA Director and Finance Professor atTrinity WesternUniversity. Dr. Liu obtained her Ph D. in Financefrom Queen's University in Canada in 2014.Dr.Liu teaches MBA courses in Managerial Finance andVenture Finance.As a professor and consultant, Dr. Liu hasprovided consultation in financial strategy,business valuationand capital market operations for companies in various growthstages and sizes, for the purposes of start-up financing, VC andPE deals.M&A, lPO valuation, and stock investment.On the research side, Dr. Liu's interestslie on (1) valuation,investment banking, and cross-border M&A (2) privateequityventure capital, and leveraged buyout, (3)entrepreneuriafinance andtechnology management. Dr. Liu also serves on theeditorial board of the Smal Business Economics, Journal ofBritish Blockchain Association and Frontiers in Blockchain

刘晨博士是西安师范大学MBA主任、金融学教授。她于2014年获得加拿大皇后大学金融学博士学位。刘教授管理金融和风险金融的MBA课程。作为教授和顾问，刘博士为不同成长阶段和规模的公司提供财务战略，商业估值和资本市场运营方面的咨询，用于创业融资，VC和pe交易。并购、ipo估值和股票投资。在研究方面，他的兴趣集中在(1)估值、投资银行和跨境并购；(2)私募股权、风险投资和杠杆收购；(3)创业融资和技术管理。刘博士还担任the small Business Economics， Journal of british b区块链Association和Frontiers in b区块链的编辑委员会成员.
